Guests enjoy the entire family-friendly fully-renovated luxury  bedroom 3.5 bath townhome with private garage.  We have been sharing this special mountain home with guests for over 16 years and cater to families with children yet our home is perfect also for groups without little ones. Many luxury amenities including heated bathroom floors, private outdoor hot tub, Jacuzzi tub, steam shower, EV charger, wall mounted boot warmer, fully appointed and recently upgraded kitchen with luxury appliances including WOLF and SubZero, and ARHAUS brand  high end furnishings throughout.

Ideally located in the highly sought after mid-mountain/Silver Lake/Upper Deer Valley area. Only a 5 minute easy walk to Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Lodge, 9 amazing restaurants and the mid-mountain slopes of Deer Valley. DV offers free convenient complimentary slopeside storage for skis, poles and boots. Deer Valley is an easy 30 minute drive from Salt Lake City International airport. 

YES. We love sharing our home with families with children and have many added amenities including 2 pack n’ play cribs, gates for the stairs, a high chair, floor mattress, baby monitors, night lights, toys, games, books, sleds, kid friendly dinnerware set and more. 

Three full bedrooms/3 fully baths and 1 half bath. Home is over 2,500 square feet in size. Master bedroom has ARHAUS King Bed with AVOCADO Brand Organic Mattress with full bath and Jacuzzi Tub and Steam Shower, Second Master Bedroom has ARHAUS King Bed with AVOCADO Brand Organic Mattress and full bath with shower/tub, Third Bedroom has 2 custom-made Twin XL Bunk Beds with one twin trundle (sleeps 5). Home has three floors, private garage and private outdoor hot tub.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM.

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 4  nights and offer a BONUS of 1 FREE daily Deer Valley ski pass when guests book for 7 or more nights during the ski season..

We do allow guests to have one non-shedding trained dog with prior written approval from Hering Mountain Properties.

Free bus service throughout Park City is also a 2 minute walk from our home. Complimentary slopeside overnight storage for skis, poles and boots.

Absolutely. We are available to provide helpful information to guests including ski equipment rentals (we love Skis on The Run), grocery delivery service (we love The Grocery Girls), top dining spots (so many amazing spots including Mariposa, Goldener Hirsch, Cena, Stein Eriksen’s Glitretend, Royals Street Cafe all within 5 minute walk from our home in Silver Lake). We love helping guests to have an amazing experience in Deer Valley and in our special Ridge Townhome.
